Welcome to the Spinal Flow Space!
Here you will find healing through holistic means with the Spinal Flow® Technique on the stunning Sapphire Coast.
Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle, hands-on modality that supports your body’s natural ability to heal. Over time, life’s physical, chemical, and emotional stresses can become stored within the body, affecting how we move, feel, and function. Through gentle touch on specific points along the spine, Spinal Flow encourages the nervous system to release stored stress and restore a greater sense of ease, connection, and wellbeing. Every session is designed to meet your body where it is, supporting you on your journey towards better health and vitality.
If you have any questions or would like to know whether the Spinal Flow Technique is right for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, I would love to hear from you.

I love my sessions with Sandy. They feel relaxing and rejuvenating like an extended deep meditation. Over the 6 months of receiving regular spinal flow treatment for myself and my daughter I've noticed many changes in our physical, mental & emotional states. I am taller, straighter, am less puffy & inflamed through my whole body and have felt my immune system has been stronger. My 13 year old daughters' teachers have reported better focus in class and at home she has started reading of her own accord for the first time in her life, been more emotionally regulated and spontaneously taken up hobbies that require extended focus like learning guitar.
